Currently, all products from our website are under pre-order basis.
An expected waiting and delivery time would be informed of either via email at time of order or our website.

All order status can be tracked by the ORDER STATUS tab.


Payment
Order invoices would be issued within 24 - 48 hours after orders are made. Payments are expected to be made within 48 hours. Orders would not be considered fulfilled if payments are not made within the expected time frame. Payment verification emails would be sent once orders are confirmed.
 
For ATM transfers, please email us a snapshot of the transfer receipt for us to verify payments as soon as possible. 



Delivery
Expected delivery time frames would be informed of either via emails or our website. Items usually take 10 to 15 working days to arrive after batches close. Unforeseen delays may occur, depending on stock availability and/or other unforeseen reasons. Thereafter, all items would be mailed out within two (2) working days.

All parcels are delivered by SingPost. Meet-ups and self collections are unavailable as of yet.


Postage
All prices on site are strictly non-negotiable, exceptions being the event of promotion codes. All prices are inclusive of international shipping cost(s) and normal postage, which is non trackable and delivered to your letter box within 1 - 7 working days. To opt for registered postage which requires signature upon delivery along with a tracking number, an additional $2.50 is required. Similarly, a waiting period of 1 - 7 working days can be expected for parcels to reach your door steps.

Please kindly note that Fashommies would not be held responsible in the case of lost mails via normal postage.


Refunds/Exchanges
Items sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable, unless for errors made on our part. For defective items, please contact us within seven (7) days after your order has been shipped to you from our side.

Please note that certain times we would only be informed of out of stock items when items reach us. In such cases, refunds would be done within 48 hours.

Once payment is verified and order is confirmed, no withdrawal of order(s) is permitted.
Deadbuyers are not tolerated and would be blacklisted immediately.
